1、機械裝夾方式
利用大(da)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)壓力(li)裝夾(jia)薄(bo)(bo)片工(gong)件來進(jin)行(xing)(xing)磨削加工(gong)。其工(gong)作原理(li)為:夾(jia)具體上(shang)(shang)設有橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈,把(ba)薄(bo)(bo)片工(gong)件放在橡(xiang)(xiang)膠(jiao)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)圈上(shang)(shang),從而使工(gong)件與夾(jia)具體之間形成(cheng)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)腔。用真空泵將室內空氣(qi)(qi)從抽氣(qi)(qi)孔抽出(chu),這時(shi)工(gong)件被夾(jia)緊。由于(yu)夾(jia)緊力(li)小,可(ke)采用圓周磨削方法(fa)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)磨削加工(gong)。當磨削好薄(bo)(bo)片工(gong)件一端平(ping)面(mian)后,磨削薄(bo)(bo)片工(gong)件另一端平(ping)面(mian)時(shi),可(ke)采用上(shang)(shang)述方式進(jin)行(xing)(xing),同樣可(ke)得到(dao)滿意的(de)結果。

4、墊彈性墊片裝夾方式在平(ping)面(mian)磨(mo)床上磨(mo)削上述薄(bo)片(pian)(pian)工件(jian)時(shi),采用彈(dan)性(xing)夾緊機構(gou),使薄(bo)片(pian)(pian)工件(jian)在自(zi)由狀態(tai)下實現(xian)定(ding)位(wei)與(yu)夾緊。在工件(jian)與(yu)磁(ci)性(xing)工作臺之間墊一(yi)層0.5mm厚的橡(xiang)(xiang)膠,當工件(jian)受磁(ci)性(xing)吸(xi)引(yin)力作用時(shi),橡(xiang)(xiang)膠被壓(ya)縮,彈(dan)性(xing)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)變(bian)(bian)小,從而可(ke)磨(mo)削出(chu)工件(jian)的平(ping)直平(ping)面(mian)。反復磨(mo)削幾次(ci),可(ke)滿足加工精度要求。
